Delivery and Shipping

We currently offer delivery services exclusively to addresses within England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to Northern Ireland at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Delivery: Up to a maximum of £6.00
• Orders Over £50: Free of charge

We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. As our products are printed to order, please allow for the production times specified on the individual product pages.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Defective or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the issue speedily.

• Process: Email us at support@queerparrot.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the defect, letting us know if you would prefer a refund of replacement.
• Resolution: Upon verification of the fault, we may ask you to return the item in which case we will send you the return address and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per your request.
• Return Costs: In the event of a defective product, we will refund reasonable return postage costs incurred by you.

Non-Defective Items

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, the following policy applies:

• Requesting a Return: Please contact us at support@queerparrot.co.uk to initiate your request.
• Return Address: Upon receiving your refund request, we will send a UK postal address for you to return the product.
• Shipping Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
• Risk of Loss: We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend returning the item by registered post to ensure proof of delivery.

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
